  1. Why should I get an inspection?

A property review, by a trained and experienced individual, can reveal many flaws that may go unnoticed to an untrained eye.

  2. I'm selling my house. Do I still need an inspection?

Both buyers and sellers can benefit from a real estate inspection. Our investigations and reports give you a better understanding of the present condition of the property, and can possibly avoid last minute surprises that may delay or "kill" a closing.

  3. The house I plan to buy is new. Do I still need an inspection?

Every real estate exchange deserves an evaluation, regardless of the age of the property. Unfortunately, event the most conciencious contractors occasionally let things slip through the cracks. We try to find those forgotten items and have them corrected before you sign on the dotted line.

  4. Why should I choose you, and not another company for my inspection?

Please review our qualifications on our "About Us" page. Our real estate investigations are performed by a knowledgeable individual, and develop a fair and objective evaluation of a property's condition.
